problem

i just patched UO and when i start it it comes across a problem.... ive uninstalled it 3 times and reinstalled it and patched...help please?

You mean when you start the patch system, it encounters an error each time? I had that happen to me recently with a UO patch. You can try emptying your uo patch folder (Delete all the files in the patch folder in your UO directory but keep the folder in tact). Sometimes this works. If it doesn't, I'm not sure what the problem would be.

Maybe also try deleting your windows temp and prefetch folder.

It's odd though how some people can patch and some can't. hopefully you get it going. What patch version are you at right now? The server should let you play on anything 6.0.6.x I think.

If you can connect but just get map issues, then you can try downloading the latest maps from this link:

http://www2.uovalor.com/uodata/

This is standard EA maps for the latest client.

oh i got it i wasnt supposed to be running on ML i guess... im on the 9th anniversary collection... but i cant connect to AoV TCI ... i stay on the connecting page for an infanate amount of time

ML client should work. If your account is new it can take a bit of time until you can get to TC1 as it may not have been propagated yet. What you can do though is connect directly and create an account by using tc1.uovalor.com as the login server.

that's assuming you can even get on the main server, since if you can't theres a different issue there.
