Been lookin for days, no luck. Any ideas on how to search better? I can't even find a chaos steed, so I don't think I am doin something right.

They're either not spawned or somebody killed/tamed them. Just keep trying.

Nope. All legendary steeds are on their own spawner which means that once they spawn, that's the only thing that will be produced from the spawner.
