Reds in trammel is mostly just a look thing. Being red in trammel has a ton of penalties (But good if you want to communicate with others outside of felucca). Reds can't attack in trammel though.
Bokutos work here. You can activate nerve strike, but as with other paralyzing spells/specials, it is resistables (Which means it cannot be spammed). It lasts a little longer than most paralyze spells, depending on your bushido skill and it is non breakable. However, OSI tends to change these things so chances are if OSI decides to fix it due to problems, we will be following the fix shortly afterwards.

Blue Spawner:
115 Necro
120 Spirit Speak
120 magery
120 Eval
120 Resists
120 Wrestle
This is the template of my blue spawner, but without a good regen suit you might want to think about using Med instead of wrestle to begin with. It makes this character better able to spell dump early on. Then once you got a decent suit with some good mana regen on it you could drop med for wrestle. This is what I did, and it worked well for me.
Crafter I:
120 Smith
100 Mining
100 Arms lore
100 Fishing
100 Scribe
115/120 Mage
For a miner it is far more productive and easier, at least here on valor, to create what I liek to call a "fighting Miner". The Template for a fighting miner looks something like:
Fighting Miner:
100 Mining
100 Lumberjack
120 Swords
120 Tactics
80 Chivalry
100 Focus
100 Anatomy
This template is what I use, there are many variations of it, especially on valor. I have seen miner/tamers and others, personally I like this one because while you are chopping trees you don't need to switch weapons to kill wood nymphs (Think Ore elementals for lumberjacking, they also carry 20 of the color of wood they spawn). I have my miner at 3/5 but used to keep him 4/6 so he can use chiv for healing, and I also have about +20 to chivalry, putting him at 100 Chiv.
Then I also break up my fisherman from my crafter as well. My fisherman is also a spellweaver/Mage and my cartographer/Treasure hunter. This allows me to solo most of the fishing/map expidetions with just that character.
Also I am wondering why you have a peacer/Necro. I'm not saying that it wouldn't work, but in my experience peacing is mostly useful for taming, in large spawn settings its not nearly so effective.
On the taming note, I don't see you have any templates for tamers, Which are a mainstay here on valor. We have a ton of Bosses (Not just gauntlet bosses) where a tamer can really excell, and haveing 3 tamers (One on each account) in luck suits is one of the best ways to farm up artifacts.
My 3 tamers look like this:
Cat woman:
Animal Lore 120.0 100.0
Animal Taming 120.0 100.0
Magery 115.0 115.0
Veterinary 115.0 100.0
Necromancy 115.0 85.0
Evaluating Intel... 110.0 110.0
Spirit Speak 110.0 110.0
Siren:
Discordance 120.0 120.0
Animal Lore 115.0 115.0
Animal Taming 115.0 115.0
Peacemaking 110.0 110.0
Veterinary 100.0 100.0
Musicianship 100.0 90.0
Hiding 70.2 70.2
Nightcrawler:
Animal Lore 120.0 120.0
Animal Taming 120.0 120.0
Veterinary 120.0 120.0
Meditation 120.0 120.0
Magery 115.0 115.0
Evaluating Intel... 110.0 110.0
The First numbers are the skill after bonuses and the 2nd number is the actual raw skill. Catwoman is wearing a fair number of arties that give good skill bonuses and is actually pulling off 805 Skill points in skills she uses. Which is honestly the only way Ive gotten a necro tamer mage to work.
Hope that was all helpful, if you have more questions look for me in game. I'm Plastic Man, but mostly if you see a character with a superhero name its me.

I use almost the same template as your second blue spawner. The only difference is I have 120 necro.
Here is a good template to use in Gauntlet, since DF use spells like Blood Oath.
120 Music
120 Disco
120 Taming
120 Vet
120 Lore
115 Mage
and put the rest in Chivalry. I have a Charm of the Domesticator, that gives 60 skill pts in the taming skills. Add to that another piece of jewelry that has +15 skill on it and you will have enough points to use most of the Chivalry spells.

Here's the template I use on my pvm char.
swords
tactics
necro
SS
music
disco
rest in chiv (only need to be able to do EO1, consecrate and divine fury)
Paladin Necro Bard FTW.
I can tank paragon ballys with this char. (keep in mind mob melee here is very soft compared to standard, but AI is better)
Think replacing music/disco with parry/bushido could be very effective as well, something I'd have to try some day.
