Are they available and how do I get them?

Also, the 120 smith scrolls dont seem to drop. After hundreds, maybe even over a thousand quest and I have yet to get one.

They drop from the quests, but are rather hard to get. Way back in the day when we used the old bod system (which was even harder to get) the scrolls used to drop up to 150, though those have since been removed.

There are no mining ps's as there are mining gloves that give you bonuses.

Oh wait you're right, for some reason I was thinking blacksmithy PS.

Also note that any item other then gloves that has mining will not make you go over the cap. Only the gloves do this as they are specially coded for that. The items with + mining such as boots are if you have less then the cap, it will add skills, like +mage items and such.

Are the AoA gloves with 20 mining sposed to take you over the cap?

No those are only if you have like 80 mining then you can go to 100. Leaves 20 points for whatever else, like if you got a tight crafter/mule template or something. Thats really all they're for, nothing too too special but could maybe be useful who knows.
