I thought it would be neat of you could get a rune marking tool off enemies (As common as getting a map off certain creatures). Or you can make it harder to get (A quest or champion perhaps?). This item comes uncharged and can be charged with power of translocation (Max 30 charges). It can be insured in your bag just like anything else. What it does is mark the location you are standing on when targetted on a rune. This will allow people who do not have a mage character, the ability to mark. People already have different methods to recall, why not give the ability to mark as well?

Hmm thats a really cool idea. Probably would not be very hard to do either, something to add in the todo list.

I first came up with the "Bag of marking" idea, but that sounds kind of lame seeing as we have bags of sending and trash bags. So in order to stay away from the bag idea, I thought up a rune marker (In the form of a magic wand) The wand can be some kind of glowing color.
