idoc stages lasting long

Just a heads up that I am aware of this issue, just not sure if is really too long or if its just an illusion. I revised the code and its very clear that its set right. (I recently recoded idoc stages, so no spegatti code here) I did notice the server clock has been a little funky despite the fact that its synced with a NTP server, so this could be a possible culpit.
