A Future Even Prize/Artifact/Whatever Idea

Okay, so this has been on my mind for a while.
Personally, when I put together characters, I want them to look kick ass. I don't know why, but man if a character doesn't look good, I get very upset. Anyways...
What if there was a deed, that could altar the look of a piece of armor/clothing/etc into a different piece of armor/clothing of the same category, so you could go more for style, and make your character look awesome?
For instance...
Say you have this VERY nice pair of leggings. 20 LRC, 2 MR, 8 LMC, with 20/20/x/x/x or whatever. And you think to yourself: "Man, I have a female character, these legs would look so much nicer as a leather skirt, or shorts." Poof, deed can make them into that style of armor/clothing.
Or for clothing. Let's say you like a certain dress type, or shirt instead of a robe, or something. So let's say you have a Sash of the Elements. Hey, body sash's don't look too bad, but there are other pieces that I'm sure other's would like as well. Say you'd rather have an Obi (which can't be worn at the same time as a sash.), Poof, the Sash of the Elements is now the Obi of Elements. Or perhaps a Jin Baori even, as that also is a piece of clothing that can't be worn with the sash.
Or lets say you have a Robe of the Fallen Gypsy (by the way, who the HELL came up with that name? I feel like throwing up every time I hear it...) And you would prefer to wear a plain dress, or fancy dress instead of the robe? Poof, it is now the Plain Dress of a Fallen Gypsy. Doesn't have to change the name, just the way the item looks.
This could work for all types of armor. The ONLY thing that couldn't be done with armor is changing a piece of leather armor, into bone, or metal. Because those require the "Mage Armor" mod to make the medable. But Leather sleeves could be changed to leather hiro sode, or leather leggings to skirts/shorts/sunate, etc.
Get what I mean?
I think its a cool idea. Yay? Nay?
