Could you give an example of these? Perhaps they're already in, but we just need a way to get them. Theres actually quite a lot of arties with no way to get them, and I want to change that. For ML I'm not sure whether to do it like OSI or simply add them to paragon drop list. Adding them to paragon drop list would definitely be easier.
Though if I can get craftables to work that could rock too.

(spawned previously or once or a fluke; or once made from a "bug"; no longer known to spawn or be made)
qft they are rare coz they are no longer spawning/etc you cant make an item and say its gonna be rare...

Guess items like this could be made for events strictly, but not regular drops.
Or I could even manually place some inside random monsters. when I get bored I tend to leave interesting monsters lying around, like an artied up barracoon mage.
