Update [May 19 08] - CTF + other misc fixes/additions

* Changed shadow fiend looks to the UO3D imp style. Also changed their AI so they'll actually reveal you

* Added the painted cave drawings

* Added shadow fiends in demon slayer

* Added spectral armour to undead slayer

* Added missing craftables in the tailoring menu so it's now the most up to date (Complete with numerous elven pieces of clothing)

* Healing bandage distance has been changed to 3 tiles

* Did some notoriety related changes to reflect new Team system (fact that players can now be on teams, so a dragon in team 2 wont attack a player on team 2, for example). This will be useful for events.

* Did some major progress on CTF and CTF arena. We should be ready to put it live soon.

* Did some changes to remove curse spell, it now removes missing curses such as mind rot.

* Serpent arrow now allows you to pick what type of poison the bow does. It works very similar to infecting strike where you must apply poison charges to your bow to be able to use it. Poisoning skill will increase the level of poison you inflict so it is now possible to inflict up to lethal poison. This change will allow us to port over darkglow and parasitic poison to bows when they are put into the game.

* Mine near painted caves in felucca that was inaccessible due to OSI map changes has been fixed.
