Hi Everyone,

Stratics boards are down, so maybe some general info can be gathered from my new playmates here!!!

I am making a necromage (as advised) to do coon.

I can figure out EI SS Magery Necro and Med as necessary skills - what about the other 200 - save them and go 120 for each or something else?

Also some tips on how to play a necromage would be handy....always played tamer or sampire or crafter characters.

ok my necro mage has currently

Magery
Eval Int
Spirit Speak
Necromancy
Meditation
Resisting Spells

and nothing in the rest but i fizzle if somehting hits me... once i get a good enough suit i think ima drop resist for like parry or wrestling so i can still cast when i get hit cus sometimes u get bogged down and yea there only doing one damage but when u got 20 things doing 1 hp damage then u get screwed .. but then again i also travel in wraith form in spawns so i never really get bogged down cus i can go through anything lol ima ev / wither / animate corpse whore

IF you're making strictly for coon, you can actually change Meditation and Resisting Spells to something else, like Inscription and Poisoning. RS isn't needed for PvM, but as a mage, I assume everyone has RS. So I never cast paralyze. :X

If you cast Protection, you won't fizzle, and after your mobs are dead, you can Spirit Speak once or twice to refill your life.

Look around for the AOA Magicians edge. Its handy to use on a cramped mage template. My temp on spawner changes, but the 2 I use most are:

120 in magery, eval, resist, necro, ss, and wrestle. I use Crystal Tunic on this temp because of the +20 resist it offers.

My other fav is:

120 mage, eval, resist, ss. 110 necro, 70 swords, 80 poison. I use crystal tunic and magician edge. With 70 swords I can use the disarm special on the magician edge. And I can cast lethal poison.

so u have like alot of mana regen on ur char or do u use lich form ?

yes, I have a lot of mana regen. In champs I use wraith form though. Wraith form and wither leeches a ton of mana when you hit a group of monsters.
