Update [Apr 20 08] - Submersia, new pigment systemmisc fixes

* Submersia will be back open soon as the vendors have been fixed. Prices have been changed and delays have been added to vendors to avoid crimpling the economy by introducing thousands of new resources per second (this was possible before due to lack of delays). Also bags of sending no longer work there.
* Fixed some travel glitches (recall, mark, etc)
* Pigments of felucca have been replaced with a special ticket that will bring you to a dye room. From there you can use an ordinary bottle to store pigments of your choice from the wide variety of kegs in that room. The room is not yet complete but will be soon. Existing pigments of fel will remain as is for now but may end up being turned into tickets over time once we are done the room.
* The new pigment system allows for dye transferring. So once you have a bottle of dye, you can transfer charges to a brand new bottle (Double clicking you dye bottle and targeting an empty bottle will produce a new bottle with 1 charge of dye while the other bottle loses a charge). If you wish to transfer say, a bottle of 20 charges into 2 bottles of 10 charges each, you can. This will make dyes easier to sell and trade.
* 1 mil checks can now be used on the roulette. If the check is bigger, it will simply deduct 1mil from it.
* Flamestrike damage has been slightly increased. It was too low of damage for the cast time and mana consumption
* Inscription now adds 20% SDI (can be 35 with items)
Note that these mage changes are subject to change.

Are all three of these live or only active on test?

Are you under the assumption that you are the only player worthy of getting such a hue? I filled the dye room with numerous pigments that the whole community could enjoy so sorry if I hit a nerve with the introduction of the "jet black" hue.
It's not like that hue was unique however. There's that jet black dye tub that's a veteran reward that can already dye numerous cloth items and a few players have ethereal mounts that color as a reward for winning some of the larger events.
As for the Oracle of Poseidon, I'm not going to go through that scenario again as I've heard enough about it the last month from both perspectives.

Iam just stating that two items which were only ones of that type on the shard are after this update as common as any normal aoa.
As far as my english skill goes i havent written that iam the only one worthy using these and if i did i actualy promise to leave the forums for good.

Death has became quite the cocky sob lately. Why don't you play him your stupid flute. Hector has a very valid point, and he wasn't even talking about the Oracle.

No, it seems the veterans have become rather cocky lately. I released a fantastic new dye system that everyone can enjoy but for some reason I cannot explain, a few of the vets are angry because of 1 bloody hue that was put in the row of 50 because their items are no longer "uber rare" or "unique".
Please get over it, it's a hue and there's plenty of other items I KNOW you guys possess that has equal or greater rarity.
I'm not even sure if you're aware, but I pm'd finlander with a solution to his problem that will benefit him (See my previous post that says "I pm'd you, please read it"). It's up to him to accept.
Changes are made to the shard to benefit the player base as a whole, but the veterans don't want us to change and I know that myself and red are rather fed up with the constant aggressiveness of some of the veteran players when we add a new system or fix something that should have been fixed a long time ago. Either adjust, or kindly tell us what's wrong. You catch more flies with honey then hot sauce.
Now as for everyone, please keep down the hostility and aggressiveness on the forums if something does not go your way. We're willing to compromise as best we can but some things we just cannot allow. The nicer you are about pointing stuff out, the more co-operative we will be. I'd rather not hear personal flames and constant outrages.
As for the point about the oracle, when he said "2 rare items" I thought he was referring to the oracle he once possessed and his mount and not the shroud and the mount so that was my bad on that note.

lol oops I keep forgetting about those. Next time you're in game page or use public chat and I'll return them.
Better yet, just go in game afk or something and I'll drop it in your bank.
