a little known but true fact is that I am an ordained minister from UniversalLifeChurch.com. Red could skip the hassle of going somewhere else for church by just logging onto valor on sunday mornings. I could call him a sinner, take confession, and accept a donation in much less time than most regular churches.

Obviously SW in the AM wasn't a good idea. :-/ Only time the server should go down (planned down time anyway) is when the administrator is able to take care of it, not when someone else would think it be convenient.

So, Jesus and I were sharing an intimate moment last evening. This morning when he crawled out of bed, he said, "Dude! Let's get on AOV and finish macroing out some skills."

Whilst doing my morning tinkle, I hear from downstairs an extremely irate Jesus shouting, "WTFHAXsauce! Squirrely's down."

Flushing the toilet with some gusto, I rush downstairs, nekkid in all of my glorious nudity (who sleeps with clothes on, honestly) to see Jesus banging on the keyboard and shouting obsenities. Then Wombat (our pup) comes running around and catches Jesus' attention. Boy does he ever love that dog.

The moral of the story: Even Jesus sleeps in on Sundays!

A poll in favor of the server wars time was taken so we changed it for player convenience. It's not a large thing anymore because updates aren't as frequent and there's the occasional time a script won't work and the server compilation will halt. Other than that, any major scripts have an emergency update to monitor their progress.

Ok this is fucked, it went and did same thing as last time. The database got wiped. I'll restore a backup, hopefully its not too far behind.

And yes I'm moving back SW to night, its too risky having it in middle of night like that when I'm sleeping and not able to get back to it within end of the day. Since this is a weekend its not so bad, had this been a work day you'd all have to wait another 5 hours from this point.
