Buying bulk colored ingots and runics

Buying 10k of each type of ingot...and 5k extra of gold, aggy, ver and val. The only person who can fill this order most likely is Hector.
Hector, if you see this post how much it would cost me and when you could have it ready by, thanks.
Also buying:
5k spined, horned, barbed leather
all verite/val hammers, brsk, blood/frost saws/feltch tools.
Post what you have and a price if you have any of this anyone.
