I think something is wrong with the Mage Armor attribute. O.o
I use Midnight Bracers, RBC, and Red Wind gloves. When I took off midnights I was regenerating my mana a WHOLE lot quicker than I do without. The above three items all have the mage armor attribute, so maybe it doesn't have to do with the attribute itself so much as midnights? I don't know. Will tinker around and find out.
Edit: May just have to do with the arms...jumped on TC1 and added a pair of plate legs and gorget, didn't notice a difference in MR until I put the arms back on. Also used different arms that have the Mage Armor attribute and it was the same speed as with midnights.

actually you know what, I changed up how resists work and some old items may of got stacked resists because of it. I'll have to global change all artys to ensure they're consistent. Totally forgot about that.

Yeah all resists *should* be fine. If you see anything inconsistant with the ContentDB then let me know.

I believe he was referring to the mage armor attribute and not the resists.

Oh was there still something wrong? I got the impression from the edit that it was just that the arms (which are non medable) that were overlooked

Ya the arms should be medeable as they have mage armor set on them. Need to make sure that's it's actually medeable.

This is a really hard one to reproduce. I'd almost have to meet on TC1 so I can see the exact sleeves.

I know you guys are busy. Was just wondering if other players could confirm this.
I am using Midnights Bracers. I can activate meditation, but when I take them off my passive and active meditation goes up, without replacing the arms with mana regen arms. I have also tried on TC1 using other non-medable arms with mage armor and it was the same, but any other part of the body will work fine.
I could RPV it if you want.

Might be something with sleeves.

Self fixing? o_O. That's my favorite kind. Regardless, we'll check it out anyways.
