Along with the Leather and Studded Leather armors being dyable, could y'all add Sandals and Bone armor into the mix (as they are made from leather goods as well).

At the same time, maybe turn the public Leather Tub in Luna into an Arms Dying Tub capable of dying metal armors as well? (would be nice, would be a lot nicer than having a separate Metal Dye Tub, and a dream at that)

I can see bone armor being added, although they don't resemble leather items at all. Leather just holds the bones together really. Dyed sandals are easy to make as is though. Craft a leather tunic, dye it with the leather dye tub, cut it up, craft sandals. They will take the hue of the leather.

Would be nice to be able to do without the middle-man in the picture.

Reminds me of when Oil Cloths were able to be cut back into cloth to make the olive-colored cloth for like 2 weeks.

Could have bone armor dyeable but metal doesn't really hold normal dyes very well. Could possibly introduce a metal dye tub though.

As for sandals, there are tailoring reward sandals that you can get. As they're a minor item, we could have dyes apply to sandals anyways as other footwear can be dyed anyways.

Actually the cut leather trick probably does work here, after the color changes I made to craft. (like furniture taking color of woods)

It does truly work. Tried it out on test a few days ago. Doesn't offer too much, but the colored sandles could fill out a well designed colorful suit.
