Update [Mar 15 08] - small fixes

* Eye glasses are now medable

* Loot has been bumped for yamandons and bone demon

* Spell "anti spam" code has been removed

* Dragon base damage reduced

* Did small tweaks to some mobs

Nice job, makes that yamadon protect 80% tally i have worth using too as they might have so loot worth having now XD. And I agree with everyone, don't let one attempt stop us all from finding ways to discourage hacking, we can't let this one time have you/or the community as a whole give up on doing things to prevent hackers. I think that the people that complained about the change just wanted to find ways to affect speed cast hacker without affecting people who cast legitimately, no one was against trying to put in a system to prevent hacking.

QFT. Haxxorz are teh ghey suc. Mages are the hardest to play legitimately, yet the easiest to "hack" so I guess I can understand why you want to keep crippling mages, but really those of that play lagit don't like bein' fucked with. This is a very tricky thing to do unless you are so in depth into packet filtering that you basically turn RUO into a firewall itself.
