The server is currently rebooting for a few settings that were changed requiring a reboot. I will update this thread if there is any issue.
I will also be doing a defrag.

whats Defrag ?
When files are saved to the hard disk, they get shifted around or saved in certain spots. Think of your desk. You got a whole bunch of papers sprawled everywhere and whenever you find an empty spot, you launch that paper in its general direction.
Now when you get a lot of papers everywhere, locating the one you want gets a little bit more difficult. This is the same idea for a hard drive, takes longer to access something.
A defrag checks the HD and organizes the files (Basically takes the spread out files and organizes them in an orderly fashion. Think of how you collect a bunch of scattered pages and stack them together neatly on the corner of your desk).
A defrag basically organizes the files on your HD in order which improves the time it takes for your computer to access that file. It's an optimization thing. If you haven't defragged in awhile, things start to bog down.
