Scrappers Compendium [fixed]

If you get this recipe DO NOT craft the item. Theres something really screwy going on, and when I do the next update, it will probably want to delete them all. I really don't know whats going on, but just a heads up, do not craft this item.
The rest of the craftables are ok.
I went to reboot TC1 and it randomly wanted to delete all those, have no clue why, and I'm really pist that its letting me down like this. I really need to get rid of that crappy Runuo storage system and make a better one, but just don't have that kind of time. That's a huge project.
