Ticket sent to our queue: "my software does not work. Could you please fix it?"
Well if its your software, then you should be able to fix it.
A phone call I took: "I have dialup, and I'm trying to upload a small 16MB file, but its very slow, could you check whats wrong?"
I know whats wrong. You have dialup. Pay a bit more and get dsl...
