you could lock down items on top of them (like tables) and display them... my guess

display the items of course. Basically a see threw chest of sorts. you would put the items inside the case and be able to see them from outside the case. Just secure the case, and the items inside become secure with no need to lock and release each item to be removed.

Interesting idea but there's no way to do that unfortunately. Closest thing to a see through case would be something hued with ethereal coloring but even then, that won't show the inside contents as that's through a container gump.

Oh THOSE display cases. Sorry, I was picturing a see through chest. Ya those display cases can be made into addons and put in as common recipes.

not what i was talking about but it might work. i just think it would be nice if there was more of a variety of stuff to make furniture and container wize.
