Was running out of space so I made a bigger drive for the VM, but because it was badly setup in first place, it turned into a huge nightmare. Lets just say I have to reinstall Windows and reconfigure everything after...
So may be a few days before its fully operational. This will also halt all development until its back up and running.

Yeah just for a couple days. I'm HOPING to have it up and running by today. There's lot of stuff on there I can probably leave out, like the EVP uoam server and TS server as no one really uses it, at least I don't think lol.

ok rule of thumb, NEVER EVER trust the xcopy command in Windows.
I have no clue where it even got those files from, but when I copied everything over, it copied it as if the shard was 1 year ago.
digging up a backup from the backup server now....

Yeah quite scary.
Funny thing is I did not bother to do a backup before doing this change since I figured, well the drive I'm copying from will be the backup, if anything goes wrong.
But Xcopy changed BOTH drives. I'm totlaly confused as to where it even found those files, thats freaken old. I used to categorize the scripts by who submitted them, and it was that file structure. The core was not even edited then lol. That would have totally sucked if it made it on live somehow or if I did not have the auto backups to go off of. Will be a few days off, but I will just download all scripts from live server to be extra safe. I'll loose any changes I made from yesterday to now but don't even think I changed anything.
so yeah don't trust Xcopy32 lol. It's more like Xcopyfromlastyear32

It should be up now.
I managed to restore all scripts fully, at least so far I'm not noticing anything off... Even last minute changes got backed up in time.
Data recovery is so fun! If it was not for my backups we'd be recoding all of ML. Literally. Actually just the core stuff, the scripts are on live.

On Red's end.
I have a local testing area and use red's test centre as a secondary.

Yeah forgot, so you're another source of backup, if my backups would not have worked.
Mind you everything has to go to TC1 before it hits live (or it would get overwritten eventually) so it would still have halted production.
But we're good to go now.
Now to do what I originally wanted to do, now that the disk space allows... lol.
