Angry about the change in base damage of the bows to match OSI's base damage stats. See the latest update in the news section for my explanation on this change.

Yeah its sad how easily people quit, but oh well. I can't be walking on egg shells all the time.

Good news is, I am paying 15/mo for advertising on a forum where lot of people play OSI, so hopefully that will bring in some more people who know what to expect from a real server.

Enkel quit because of reasons inside and outside of the game. The bows were just the icing on the cake perhaps, but not the main reason. THe more specific reasons are between him and the staff perhaps.

Beelz quit because he started a new job IRL as did I and he no longer has time to play anymore because of that. Now even with the job he may have made some time to continue playing occasionally, but in part I believe it was myself going inactive (Due in part to changes being made to the players and not for the players as a whole, which is the best way to explain the outrage over the bows that I can see), and finally because he heard that Doc may be going inactive/quitting and therefor leaving a very sparse PvP population. So its a culmination of events.

The downside is that Doc and Beelz are gone and I (as well as a few others probably) will only be playing few hours (1-6 a week MAYBE) per week. In fact I have been deciding over the past few days whether I plan on quitting as well, and it seems to be at least 50/50 whether I will stay.

Plastic... don't quit completely. It's not like you are playing a subscription fee to play or anything. Just log in to play when you want, and don't play when you don't want to. That goes for everyone.

As I said im not 100% for sure "quitting" but I just pulled 155 hours in 2 weeks with a new job I started, so tbh I may just not have time. But it also depends on a multitude of other factors, one of which is Beelz quitting as well since we ran champs/Gaunt/Demintels together and such. So its not just the job its the fact that the person I did the most in game with is also gone and then my disagreement over the bows and such are a tertiary concern.

So its still up in the air and I won't decide for a few weeks if I am quitting or not, in the mean time I know I'll be playing far fewer hours than I did (like 20/7 when i started on the shard) and I haven't decided if only 1-6 hours a week is really worth investing.

It's not an investment. O.o It's just a game, something that is meant to be pissed around on when you have free time.

As for those saying I quit because of the bows, are you retarded? I rarely played my archer, much less use a queer ass ML bow or pvp.

As for me responding...school district is closed and I'm bored as shit at work. xD Gotta love gettin' paid to browse the interweb.
