Packet issues

Server seems to not be sending packets properly which is why nobody can move. I'm trying to trouble shoot this right now. Nothing has been changed recently that involves packets, so I'm really confused atm. If you CAN move, avoid houses, they seem to be the culpit of the problem. You can use resync client to move another couple of steps, so if you find yourself in a frozen spot, you can keep hitting it to walk away then close client and reopen.
