Update [Feb 18 07] - lot of random stuff

*Added ML marties to paragon drop list:

BloodwoodSpirit, TotemOfVoid, AegisOfGrace, BladeDance, Bonesmasher, FeyLeggings, FleshRipper, GrobusFur, HelmOfSwiftness, MelisandesCorrodedHatchet, PadsOfTheCuSidhe, RaedsGlory, RighteousAnger, RobeOfTheEclipse, RobeOfTheEquinox, SoulSeeker, TalonBite

*added some ML craftables (not artifacts) in carpentry and blacksmithy. This was needed to enable repairing/enhancing ML items that are looted, and it had to be done eventually anyway. Also bowcraft and carpentry now have materials - they are ores but when I put the ML woods they will be woods and not ores, but feel free to mess around with making dull copper crossbows and valorite woodland chests, etc. Later on these items may be considered rare as they will not be craftable. Also, deer masks, bear masks and divine can be repaired (and their base items are craftable)

*Tweaked honor, it's easier to gain it now. I think the bug where if you honor a DF and loose all your points still exists but this is hard to debug as it's very random, but it is something to look into. Looking at the code, it does not look like it could happen, it could even be fixed in this version.

*Solen matriarch quest now works properly in fel and tram.

*Faction leave time is now 3 hours, rather than 7 days. Theres not really any reason to having to wait so long.

*Faction skill loss only lasts 5 minutes rather than 20.

* Stables have much more capacity. By default you get 5 slots, and it goes up from there depending on taming related skills. Animal trainer tells you how many slots you have left when you stable a pet.

*skill deeds are now easier to use:
- multiple skills can be pointed down and it will take points from all those skills, as needed
- if you want to raise a skill but the deed has more points then skill points left to raise, it will simply use the points it needs to finish the skill. For example if you have 95.5 of a skill with no PS you can use a 5 point skill deed and there will be .5 left on the deed. This was not possible before.

Note: All skill deeds on the server have been deleted. It was unpreventable, due to the major changes made to them, including variable changes (which causes all items of that type to get deleted)
Each character was given a skilldeed worth 100, to compensate for this.

*added necromancer NPCs, I just need to spawn em around. They're similar to mages but train necro/ss

*Kasa of the Rajin can now be blessed

*Paracelsus champion spawn has been moved from north minoc fel SW of wrong dungeon. Also, there is an earth elemental NPC there that will summon an elemental lord if you give it the skull of elements obtained from the spawn.

* There is now a 5 minute warning before server war starts, and server wars now lasts 30 minutes instead of 15
