Update [Jan 11 08] - Some fixes

* Fixed green acres exploit. Any houses there will be removed, so let me know and I am willing to move them to another location. I was unaware the code to stop houses there broke, and that the x/y calculation were 1 tile off allowing to recall there. Thats now been fixed.
* Tweaked wands. They now have random mage weapon -nn value, rather then passive. They also have random fc -1. These properties are based off the chest level they spawn in. They still have passive SC, so even though the property does not show they are still SC.
* Other misc fixes that I forget about
