Rune switches are the item used to recharge talismans correct? How do i make one, i dont see it under any of the tinkering tabs. I want to make one because I believe squirrel said he made them able to re-charge wands too.

I don't believe the wand recharge is in yet. Also, creating runed switches is quite a process and involves a mix of inscribe and tinkering and such.

1 Enchanted Switch (Inscription) : 1 Blank Scroll, 1 Spider's Silk, 1 Black Pearl, 1 Switch

To create 1 Runed Prism (Inscription) : 1 Hollow Prism, 1 Blank Scroll, 1 Spider's Silk, 1 Black Pearl (1 Hollow Prism, (Glassblowing) : 8 Sand)

To create 1 Jeweled Filigree (Tinkering) : 2 Ingots, 1 Star Sapphire, 1 Ruby

I believe the create list is in there. I would wait on creating the runed switch for the time being though until red confirms that the wands can be recharged.

Now that you mention it, I need to check the crafting process for that and make sure all the items are actually craftable (Like hollow prisms)
