No insure, easy arty chance, pvp all over

This is just something I thought of, no plans of doing it unless I see that everyone would want it.

Basically, remove insurance, or make it super expensive (like 25k per item or something crazy like that) increase arty chances by a lot, for all systems. But also allow pvp anywhere. There would be guards in all towns but fel, and you could be pked on any facet. Maybe I'd make gaunt free access, or simply make it way easier to get in, like require only 100 bones, so if you go in only to get pked non stop you go out and go back later, type deal.

I have no plans of implementing this here, just curious what people think about it. Personally I think it would be cool to remove insurance but increase chances of artys. Would make it so your not always using same suit, as sometimes you'd loose it, so would need to have more suits lined up for next use, and think crafters would be more useful too - I'd also increase the armor resists on metal so they make more sense, leather is fine as is though.

With bod system its also easier to get runics so that helps too.

But again not planning to implement this, just curious if people would want this here or not.

that would be fun if you could code it into an event or somn. Maybe spawn with a random bag of arties, put on whatever you can to make a suit, then go fight in a CTF or somn. But for it to be like that all the time on the server, I think the player turnaround would be very high.

creative idea though.
