make this insanely hard to get for crafters like 2-3 brsks

but it is an arty tool with 10 uses

it adds spellchanneling or mage armor mod to the item you target and there is a small chance to destroy the original item

lol If squirrel manage to code a tool that always give at least 2 MODs at 200% intensity... I could make one of Demitel bosses drop it. Just 5 chargues tho.
