Update [Dec 31 07] - misc bug fixes

* Put regular quiver in tailoring, takes only 28 leather
* Added a wood quiver in fletching, it takes shafts and leather, and holds more, but also has higher requirements
* Mobs will only use the special of their weapon if they have a human like body, such as ronins, ninjas, bosses, etc (unless overridden).
* Fixed house count bug with trading houses - trader would still have 1 house registered and buyer would still have 0 - this would reset after SW though.
