Treasure chest game - Today (Dec 30) 10:30PM ET

I will be running the treasure chest event at 10:30, this event is a free for all opening of as many chest as you can before they're all gone. Some have lethal traps, while some are locked, or both.
I plan to put random stuff ranging from resources to runics, and maybe a couple artifacts.
I will need to reboot the server first as theres a crash bombs in the last update which I overlooked. I'll also be removing the mobile notoriety thing as I did not realize the issues it caused with vetting.
