New PvP/PvM Area

I REALLY like the idea of the event that was hosted yesterday. a small area with better than normal pvm loot, were pvp is allowed. The creatures are somewhat hard, and if someone comes to fight you there isn't much escape. I would like to suggest we have an area similar to this permanently. Perhaps it would work like this:
- a large open cave, with a gate entrance, with fel dungeon rules (no mark/recal/gate)
- a "boss monster" that is blue, meaning that it remains unhostile until you attack it.
-this monster will spawn "small pesky monsters", that will have low life, but can dish out a lot of damage so they will need to be killed quickly when they do spawn.
-if you attack the monster, this will make you "grey", thus, you can't go through the moongate until you turn blue again. This means that if you are fighting the monster, and someone else comes, you can't just use the gate to run.
- the broodlings of the monster will give a small chance of dropping one item with 5-6 mods with 90-100 intensity, this will be a small chance however.
- the boss monster will have a loot pack of the highest, or perhaps higher than any current lootpack. The risk of fighting in such a small dungeon where there is pvp and other hazards will reward you with riches.
The boss monster will be on a random 4-5 hour timer or so, everyone will be wanting to fight eachother for the monster, so they can get the loot.
The idea is to encourage pvp, by providing very good reasons for people more ascociated with pvm, to get into the pvp scene. There is risk, but the reward will lure many to the challenge.
