Update [Dec 19 07] - Runics / minor bod quest changes

* Runic intensities have changed as follows:
Metals: (blacksmithy and tinkering)
* Dull Copper: 40 - 100
* Shadow: 45 - 100%
* Copper: 50 - 100%
* Bronze: 55 - 100%
* Gold: 60 - 100%
* Agapite: 65 - 100%
* Verite: 70 - 100%
* Valorite: 85 - 100%
Leathers: (tailoring)
* Spined: 40 - 100%
* Horned: 45 - 100%
* Barbed: 50 -100%
Woods: (bowcraft/carpentry)
* Oak: 50 - 100%
* Ash: 55 - 100%
* Yew: 60 - 100%
* Bloodwood: 65 - 100%
* Heartwood: 70 - 100%
* Frostwood: 85 - 100%
* Tailoring bod reward randomization has been tweaked encouraging better rewards at lower intensities
* Chance of higher intensity bod prize vs amount of resource to collect has been increased (so better chance to get higher end reward within randomized list based on material type)
* Tweaked lootpacks a bit, please give feedback on loot quality
* New talismans are now 5 stones, existing ones will remain 1 stone
* Bod quest rewards now give more bods, and have chance of large, so this brings back the old bod system a bit more for those who still rather that system. Now you get both of both worlds. The # of bods is a random with a max based on the amount of resources asked for. Note that this is experimental (tbh I did not even get around to testing it before SW lol)
