I just noticed this. Even though I have 2/7 casting, for higher circle spells it still gives the "you have not recovered from casting" message. This is easiest to see with a spell like In Vas Mani or Arch Cure. It doesn't happen for first and second circle, only third and up. I measured it for greater heal and it seems like it's at least 0.5 seconds after the spell is completed. That really sucks! I don't remember it being like this before, something must have changed to cause this?

Same happened with Lightning. Now it cant even kill blood wood nympths cause of the delay and their hp regen.

I'll take a look when I get off work. I know I was messing with that to test something and may of forgot to put it back how it was.
