few minor craft changes

Soon there will be a few fixes relating to runic kits, and craft chances in general, relating to talismans. Just a heads up so if anyone has runic kits you'll probably want to hold on to them till this update.

I decided to do like OSI and add the chance that a property will be 100% no matter which kit your using. I applied that to loot too. Still need to test though. It's on TC1 right now.

Ok I should retitle this to major, since well, you'll see, and love, the new changes. :D Well not really changes, more or less additions.

Not sure if they'll be ready for SW though, I have to have everything zipped up and uploaded by the next 15 minutes.

You can try to get ahold of lower end ones easily, even those will have more use now, as if you get lucky and get a 100% intensity mod. This update did not go through though, it will go in next SW.
