So after the 15 minutes, it will drop all connections, restart, recompile if needed, then be back up.7:00pm seems like a good time to me but if anyone wants another time post here, if there is enough demand for a different time, I can change it. But right now it's most likely staying at 7:00pm.
Also give it a few days before you try anything silly, as I'm not 100% sure that the world actually won't save at that time, depending on the save cycle, etc. But I've tested this pretty well and it's pretty much not possible for it to save so we should be ok.
