Okay, so i understand that there is now a 10 second delay on it. so if the max dex/parry/bushido bonuses make it so it lasts for around 7 seconds, does that mean after it wears off you can cast evasion in 3 seconds? or is it when it wears off you have to wait 10 seconds to cast again? there is obviously a big difference and im just wondering if it'd make sense to make a parry/bushido char now with the delay. thanks.

Yeah I had mages in mind as well when I did this delay. Now that I'm home I'll check to get the real answer to your original question.

Ok so I actually did start the timer before it expires. So yeah a dexxer will technically get 3 secs of non evasion, which I should maybe take a look at.
I'll run a poll on this.

eh, for dexxers i dont think it's that bad still. I mean, to get that max chance and max duration, you need high dex, 2 handed wep (no mana barrier for crazy stats), and 120 bushido/120 parry.
if you look at your average dexxer temp, it goes:
120 meele
120 anat
120 tact
120 heal
120 resist
120 SP in your choice of skills
to fit 120 bushido + 120 parry just to be able to use evasion like that, you'd probably be cutting out either resist or healing, and without one of those, you can get into some sticky situations. just how i see it.

I agree. Also, evasion is a defensive thing. It is helping prolong a battle. It doesn't allow extra damage or some secret way to insta kill someone. For someone willing to place 240 points into a defensive ability, there should be a decent reward.
