Turkey Day stuff

Since turkeys and everything related to thanksgiving was on sale, my roommate and I decided to have a second thanksgiving today.
Here is the dressing recipe, we made it sans walnuts. MmmMmm Sage sausage and apple dressing!

I don't think there is a better dressing recipe out there. The bird was almost half off, and we just put it on a base of carrots, onions, and celery. I made a combination of sage, rosemary, and butter to put between the skin and breast meat. It will be a few hours before that is done, but man the dressing is the bomb.
