Update[dec 17 06] Mob enhancements + bod system + misc

*Blood beast was considered too easy, it now has a chance of summoning blood elementals each time it takes damage. It will leak blood then the blood will turn into a blood elemental. Similar to DF bones, except it's not thrown at you.
*Humus minions now have more fame, which means you'll get more when you kill them, and they'll turn into a skeletal dragon when animated.
* Holy squirrels will not heal their combatants, and not heal/rez people with negative karma.
* The bod system has been changed. You need at least 100 tailoring/blacksmith to get a bod, but the bod reset timer is only 10 minutes. So instead of having to fill in tons of resets simply get one every 10 minutes and throw out the crappy ones. This way if you have a life, you can still get bod rewards.
* In fel you no longer see the false message of being protected by the guards (guards are disabled in fel)
* New characters have auto renew item insurance turned ON by default. No more getting screwed over upon your first death with a new char.
