lumberjacks?

If I were to make a lumberjack that could fight, do the lumberjack and anatomy bonuses get taken into account here like stratics lists?
Basically, if I made a template as follows:
Lumberjacking
Anatomy
Swords
Tactics
Healing
And other skill(s) of choice
Would I be able to get better damage output with a two-handed axe than without the anatomy and lumberjacking?

Yeah lumberjacking adds like 10%di, not much, but it does work. I've thought of increasing that but not sure what effect it would have in pvp, if it would be bad or not, never tested it enough.

Well I don't know about PvP, but this is what is listed on Stratics in the PvM damage calculator:

How close are we to these kinds of percentages? Notice how the lumberjacking bonus from 90 to a 100 makes a big difference. That jump from 18% to 30% would make a big difference and give a good reason for using a two handed axe.

Thought lumberjack was an additional 30% at gm level.

my guess is the reason for this is it would be too overpowered with bushido since they already do a shit load of damage, but given we have damage caps here anyway, I could look into making it give more DI again.

hehe yeah... With the damage caps in place it is just another way to get to that max, but would still stay balance it it went back to the 30%. It could also, help out with the gatherers in a possible option to help kill things better while lumberjacking and mining stuff.

So... is the lumberjack bonus possibly going to get pushed back to 30%?
That would be pretty cool, as it would make for resource gathering on a fighting template pretty sweet.

don't see why not cause of the caps. If it's too much it will be brought back down though.
