I was playing and suddenly the whole server just got super laggy so I went to check the windows resource meter and stuff and all seemed fine. Figuring I should install a firewall because windows likes to open ports that it should not, the whole server just froze during the install. I was afraid something like this would happen as firewalls tend to default to blocking everything by default. But it was not even done installing.
I'm working on it atm, I may need to put in a trouble ticket if I can't do anything from here. Sorry about this. I really don't know what's been causing this lag.
Update:
The remote reboot worked, and I finished the firewall install, but do my fear, it enabled itself by default, booting off my connection. So I put in a ticket, could be long or short wait, don't know.
Update 2:
A tech got to my ticket, and looking into the issue.
Update 3:
Zone alarm totally sucks, no port/IP based access control features. WTF is a firewall without that. Uninstalled, I'll try to find another. Shard is back online.
