I've killed hundreds of slimes and corrosive slimes and not seen one. Only killed a few toxic ellies. Haven't tried poison eles yet, so I dunno.

Slimes and corrosive slimes give incredibly low chances. You'll need to hit bigger targets. You can also try stealing from blacksmith chests in towns. Sometimes those carry them.
