It's the same as standard, 90 days till it decays (I believe thats 90 days till its actually gone, rather then 90 days till it goes idoc).

It's random, and its same as demise, so its probably bugged. The idoc house code is really ackward from what I've played with. I think its a couple hours.

would be nice for idoc to last an hour.. than crash.

that way u know if its idoc ur not waiting till u have to go to work justfor it to crash 30 mins after u go to work when u waited 5 hours before for it =/

Yeah I might swap the times around, like 1 hour per stage or something, and make it fixed. The randomness is to prevent idoc camping, but people camp it anyway, they just waste more time. So yeah I could look at setting it like 1 hour per step.

Actually yeah I could make it 1 day per step, but idoc is 1 hour, or something.

Hrm. From what I've noticed IDOC lasts for about 4 hours (maybe random between 2-6?), when I was told it was supposed to be 6.

Think it's random to prevent people from timing its drop exactly.

Stages of Decay

Once a house is eligible to decay (after meeting the appropriate criteria--see above sections), it doesn't collapse all at once, but instead, goes through a series of decay stages.

Housing State Approximate Duration
Like New 1 hour
Slightly Worn 1-2 days
Somewhat Worn 1-2 days
Fairly Worn 1-2 days
Greatly Worn 1-2 days
In Danger of Collapsing 12-24 hours

lol might as well get it from uo.com and stop dicking around lol
