well, every new character gets a 300 point skill deed, so training up skills isn't too bad. Plus, skill gains and stat gains here are very easy to work up.

Also, wander around luna and look in a lot of the treasure chests, people put a lot of shit in those.

Tots spawn too, so thats usually the first place I go for equip.

you should recode the loot back to when it gave over max intensity, as a promotion or something. I still have a 23 lrc ring and a 51DI bow in my bank.

They didn't give out over the max intensity, but those turkeys during Canada Thanksgiving gave out some good stuff at max intensity if you actually rummaged through the giant lootpacks they had. Some of us got some decent stuff.

I beg to differ, there was a time when items DID actually drop with over 100% intensity. Go to my luna house and I will lock down some of the items as proof.

Oh you misunderstood... I meant on the recent event with these crazy multiplying turkeys. I was just saying that some of the loot was pretty good, but it wasn't like anything in the past where the loot may have been a higher intensity.

Yeah that was a bug which was not intended. This will not (purposely) be done again ever.

From playing my player char with like 300 luck, I run across stuff in a single peerless key quest session that I never found on demise in my whole 2+ years of playing there.

Then you don't know where to look. :-/ My first three months back on demise I had gotten 4 different (1)0/3's in gaunt. Good luck trying to find anything like that in gaunt here.

I had also had a friend long ago that had gotten a 1/3 brace off a blood elemental on demise.

my opinion is that the loot is far better here. For example just today I picked up a 120 mage scroll that was just lying on the ground! If people are so rich that they can just throw that stuff away, then the loot must be better.

Scrolls are not loot. O.o

My first month here loot was "uber" so I managed to pick up some wicked items in that time. Also lucked out and found a 100 use BRSK hiding in some cabinets. xD Since then loot has gone below demise, imo.

What kind of stuff are you killing? I get 1/3 rings and near 15/15 shields all the time off things like lich lords, ml named creatures, etc. When testing stuff as admin I always take a look at the consistency of the loot and to me its more then ubber compared to demise.
