New UO Gateway Forum

As you can see I finally setup a forum. This is more than just for UOG, but is a full general discussion forum, where I combined several forums from the past, with posts/members going back to early 2000's. This section will be for UOG support, discussion etc.
Now that this project is done, I will start focusing my attention to other projects such as UOG itself. There are things I've been wanting to tweak on the website, and at some point I also want to tie the shard listing account to the forum account.
More on that will come at a later date.
