More like 30 minutes after. It was not so bad. Had another one about 2-3 hours after. Think the 30 minute one was the morning donut being pushed out, then the one 2-3 hours later was the 4 burgers I ate. No wonder I don't gain weight, whatever I eat just gets thrown away so fast.
