I recently bought a custom built computer with a warranty however after a month later my computer started to have bluescreens of death but i ignored it at first but then it became frequent such as ten times a day in which i began to worry a bit so i sent my computer to the store for a check up and they its a software issue and so i believed them because i was using a window 7 released version. I switched to vista service pack 1 and the bluescreen didn't stop but it got worse so then the tech guys said reinstall vista, so i reinstalled it about 5 times till i just got pissed off then tech guys did a "burn test" on the hard drives and checked the ram for any issues and came back with nothing so said update the drivers for the computer so i did that interesting thing about that is that my blue screened twice per drive. the only thing is the bios but i fear not to do that due to system failure which rumor has it. so the fun thing about this is that the tech guys are blaming vista for issues i am dead sure its not cause i have a friend who develops os software for vista say it is not. one more thing when it bluescreens my computer resolution changes from 1920x1080 to 800x600 every bluescreen.

The blue screens happens when the computer is not doing anything to running games movies word or during restart or attaching new hardware like external hard drives to flsh drives.
