The comma after noun should not be there, since "Santa" is the subject for both "is" and "should have been," and a comma is not needed between compound verbs in a sentence.

150 days! Really getting closer.
It's almost august, then September, which means cold will start, possibly small flurries and frost on roofs in the morning, then October, and next thing you know it's November and decoration start going up! Almost there.

59 days! When it hits 50 think I'll start turning my christmas lights on. They're already installed on the house. I did it just in time, it's been snowing / freezing rain since then.
