Welll, yay. The 26th of JULY I get to go hike seventeen miles in the Canadian Rockies!! W00t!! Red, Im sure you must be proud. Apparently, we are going to some random place called 'Bamff'. No idea. But whatever. It'll be fun!! I get to helicopter into the valley where we'll be staying, then hiking out. woop-dee-dooper-wow.

Maybe its Bamf, or Banf, but i really dont give a crap.
My eight year old sister will be hiking the seventeen miles. I am quite nervous about this... D: I mean, it is the rockies and we ill be with eighteen of my brothers' thirteen to sixteen year old boy scout people... along with a bunch of sherpas or something.

lol wow 17 miles is a lot, specially for an 8 year old lol. You know whats going to happen, 1/4 of the first mile she wont be able to anymore and you'll have to carry her for the rest.

oh fun. i have cousins who do a bunch of backpacking and hiking through mountains and stuff. i dont think id be able to handle it lol. i am going camping with my family and my boyfriend for a couple of days in illinois tho on the 27th

I miss camping. Have not been able to go for the past few years given I work now. I go with my grandparents given my parents are the "high class" type and just the thought of being away from civilization freaks them out, and my grandparents don't really plan they just go whenever type thing so its rare they'll leave like a friday and come back the sunday.

I don't know if i'd be able to hike 17 miles. I'd probably get loss of breath after the first 2 or 3 miles. Even the hike in the Columbia Gorge is only 4 miles but it still looks like it'd be a pain for me. I'm still jealous though

Fun, plane. I've always wanted to go on one. I went to see some friends in Hamilton and thought of taking the plane, but it was like 900 bucks when the ONTC/Greyhound bus was 300 so took the bus.
Try staying 12 hours in a bus. fun!

Lol, yeah just a little to big. They are pretty crystal clear photos though.
