Update [OCt 13 07] - nerfs! and cpu bug fixed

*Runic bows (the types that stopped dropping a long time ago) are now cursed. They will remain in game with same stats, but with the penalty of being cursed. I was looking over them and saw they could be abusable.
*Fisherman's tendon now has 1mr
* Fixed cpu hog issue, the server should not get so many lag spikes now. There was a serious flaw in the runuo core which only affected dual cpu servers.
* Due to the increased performance of spawners, and the fact that multiple mobs can spawn at once, the default spawn rate has now been set back to 2-5 minutes. Some spawners are faster/slower, so those have not been changed.

Those caps were a long time ago (for total mana you're talking about?)
As for that arty, I just had noticed it had more mr then hat of the magi, and other regens on top of it, and its suppose to be an arty thats less rare then hom.

Good point. Just was using it in my suit. Had it basically perfectly balanced. No worries, have it all straight for now. Just am patiently waiting for Demitels bone mask for Beelz.

Aoa's are real nice, but the problem is some of them outweigh harder to get items. Does not make sense to work harder for an item that's less powerful than something that you can work less for. Also, there's at least 5 different artifact systems in the game and things need to be swapped accordingly. It's all in the name of balance.

tbh, I've been thinking about that as there will be new additions to fishing in the near future (White pearls, aquarium fish).
