Voice recognition program with commands

What software (preferably free) is out that that allows you to speak into a mic such as "computer, open google" or something like that and it does the command that you requested before. I'm pretty sure there's gotta be something out there, even if you have to pre-record the commands and it matches the closest one to what you just said.

umm...i don't know of any such program. You may have to look pretty hard to find something like that. Maybe at a place where they specialize in things for people who can't use their hands or something, idk.

All I know of is
Dragon NaturallySpeaking and
Vista’s speech recognition, but I can’t vouch for either.

I'm still a bit wary about voice recognition software, but Dragon Naturally Speaking seems to be the only name in that niche that I've heard sans ridicule.

Actually there was an exploit in Vistas.. Well I would not say vista, but speech reconition programs in general.
Lets say you open up a web page, then a sound starts playing commands to delete stuff.
It was a security concern but don't think theres any malware like that around yet.
